Statement of Rental Policy
Equal Housing: We are an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider. We conduct business in accordance to the Federal Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.

Occupants: The number of occupants is subject to change depending on local and state building codes. At this time, two (2) people per bedroom.
Age: Must be of legal age in accordance with local and/or state laws.

Privacy: Lease applications are processed through Onsite/Real Page. We do not have access to your credit report and information; however, we can provide the phone number to Onsite/Real Page.

Applicant or Co-Signer Consent
I hereby consent to allow Summit Place, through its designated agent and its employees, to use Onsite/Real Page to obtain and verify my credit and related information, conduct a criminal search (where applicable), conduct a search of statewide sex offender registries, as well as a search of federal and state “Most Wanted Persons” lists for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me.

I understand that should I lease an apartment, Summit Place and its agent and its employees shall have a continuing right to review my credit information, rental application, related information, payment and income history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods.
